Bob’s Last Marathon was created by Lena Chow Kuhar after her husband, Robert Kuhar, was diagnosed with dementia at the Penn Memory Center in 2013. Drawn from her experience as a caregiver, the podcast became a trusted source of insight, support, and practical guidance for families facing dementia.
Now part of Penn Memory Center, Bob’s Last Marathon is no longer producing new episodes, but its archive continues to offer helpful conversations on caregiving, research, planning, and living with dementia. Browse a selection of episodes below, or click here to explore the full archive.
